It comes with a shoulder strap featuring a stylish woven design of leather and chain links. Inside has a open pocket for tiny tic tacs, band aids, pill box, etc. Decently roomy bag for the size. I think it's fabulous. Treat yourself!

I returned it because it didn't hold all my stuff, but it's the perfect size for everyday use! It just doesn't fit me. I also wish the bag came in more sizes, not just this one.
