I like that it isn’t a deep purse so I’m also able to see all my stuff when I unzip the purse. The strap is comfortable and it sits on my shoulder nicely. Sometimes it falls off but I think that’s to be expected with a shoulder purse. It’s easy to dress up and down. I’d recommend this purse! I want to buy another one in black
