I waited patiently until I couldn't wait any longer and sent an email on December 31st, requesting status on tracking information. Two days later, I received tracking information and bag arrived on January 2nd to San Antonio,TX. Extremely satisfied with my beautiful high quality Hermes Kelly "DUPE" leather handbag.
