This bag is absolutely beautiful. Although it's not huge, it's perfect for carrying the essentials (phone, wallet, keys, etc). There is a shoulder strap inside the bag, so don't panic if you don't see it right away. The shoulder strap is adjustable, beautifully designed, and can be easily removed if you want to use it as a handbag. The zippers all work well and close and open smoothly. I'd say the quality is definitely 10/10, it's solid.
If you're like me and love rotating bags and need a small but beautiful bag, this bag is 100% perfect!
